The WES staff had a great baby shower for us yesterday. Gaines got to meet some of my co-workers! We had fun! I have really missed everyone. I am not ready to go back to work, but I will be :)

Fun weekend

Gaines spent the night with Mimi and G last night. Sallie was here and we headed to giardinas to eat. We has so much fun, but I sure did miss my boy!

6 weeks old

I downloaded a new blog app so hopefully I will be able to get pictures uploaded again.

Gaines is 6 weeks old today! That kind of makes me sad. He is growing so much.

We are excited because Sallie, one of my college roommates, is coming for the weekend! I can't wait to see her.

Gaines slept in his baby bed last night for the first time! He's not sleeping all night yet but he's going longer and longer.

wish I could slow down time

Time is going so fast! I love the days with my little man. All of a sudden, he has gone from being an infant to a baby. He is awake so much now, and he has the cutest facial expressions. He *may* even sleep in his bed tonight- if I can handle it. He smiles some now, and it's the sweetest thing I've ever seen. What did I do before this boy?

No place like home

We are enjoying home so much! Gaines has loved meeting everyone. He feels like a celebrity! We can never thank all of the people of Winona enough. He is one blessed little boy to get to grow up here.

I put on this MSU onesie as a one time deal for G and Aunt Lura. Do not expect to ever see it again!
